Planning Weekend
This page is a quick reference to forms (and other things?) you might need to access during planning weekend. For hiring forms, click here.
The following forms are PDFs which you can type in and save. Once saved, email them to the Governor's School office by "submitting" the form. (That is, save and email it to the office.)

Resident Advisors
- Write a letter to students
- Sign the signature page
- Turn in workshop descriptions
Counselors
- Write a joint letter to the students
- Sign the signature page
- Turn in workshop descriptions
- Work on re-entry
Faculty
- Turn in 3 course descriptions (Core, Seminar, Interdisciplinary)
- Turn in material requests (if known)
- Turn in other course related items
Everybody
- Sign and return your appointment letter
- Complete hiring forms
- Verify your contact information
- Make known your shirt size
- Get your picture taken
- Provide a biosketch for the website
